🎄Blogmas Day 6 🎄 | Moana - My Thoughts

Hello lovelies,
Yesterday I went to go and see Moana. This is a film that I've been waiting to see for months. I'm very happy I got to see it just with my chummy, it's quite a girl power film and I'm in love with it. Like it's now one of my favourite Disney films......Like it's up there with beauty and the beast.

Now I'm not going to spoil anything but I do want to give you a little plot line, leaving out the ending. Here's what it says online about the film "A sweeping, CG-animated adventure about a spirited teenager who sails out on a daring mission to prove herself a master wayfinder and fulfill her ancestors' unfinished quest. During her journey, Moana meets the once-mighty demi-god Maui, and together, they traverse the open ocean on an action-packed voyage, encountering enormous fiery creatures and impossible odds". Now I've been waiting for this film for so many months. I just knew it was going to be amazing. It went a lot further than my expectations for so many reasons.

One of the things I loved most about the film was the soundtrack. I'm going to link some of my favourite songs from the film because they are just incredible. My favourite songs from the film include shiny and I am Moana. The shiny song is just brilliant, basically there's a giant crab in the realm of monsters and he's snazzy AF. I am Moana actually had me in tears a little. It's just such a sweet and empowering song.

I really don't want to spoil anything about the film for you so I don't want to go into that much detail. Basically Moana just proves that she is just as good as any man. She can achieve anything as long as she puts her mind to it. I also got a very strong message about family from it, when you watch it you'll get what I mean. The one thing that I was a little disappointed with was that Pua the pig didn't feature as much was I thought it would.

Basically you all need to go and see this film. If you've seen it then please let me know what you thought of it. Disney have done so well with this film and I'm so happy with the plot line. I feel like it's different from anythings Disney's done in a long time, it's nice to have a girl power film and one with a more realistic figured woman.
