Lush ladybird | Review

Hello lovelies,
A lush review on baking Wednesday? Yes there been a little change in the schedule this weeks because I'm doing my baking tomorrow. I'm attempting to bake a donut birthday cake for my work mummy so if all goes well, or not then ill be posting that on Friday. So the lush ladybird is part of the mothers day range at lush. This is a lovely little bubble bar that has really vibrant colours.

Here's what is says online about the ladybird bubble bar "Ladybird, ladybird, fly away home! and fill up the bath with geranium foam. This friendly little ladybird wants to take you under its wing and run you a hot floral bath, filled with sweet geranium oil to aid relaxation. A little peppermint oil gives a menthol hint to this flowery mix, helping to revive and uplift mind and body as you soak. Go all out for mountains of cheery bubbles or save a little for next time.".

I love the bubble bars from lush because I think they are really good value for money. This was £3.95 and could do about 4 baths which I think is pretty good. For me the think that grabbed me was the cuteness and the colours. I love the vibrant red with the bursts of deep purple, I think its just a really lovely little gift for someone or yourself. What I love about this bubble bar is that its smells really fruity but minty at the same time. Its just a really lovely combinations on scents and I think it works really well together.

This bubble bar turns the baths a deep red and its just so lovely to relax in. My only criticisms about this bubble bar is that its actually quite small, I mean it just seems like lush have done bigger bubble bars for the same price. The bubbles actually stayed in the bath for quite a long time, which sounds odd but most of the bubbles just disappear within minutes when I normally use the bubble bars. It didn't really leave my skin feeling soft which is a little bit of a shame but for once the peppermint didn't react with my skin. Sometimes if the products have peppermint in them, my skin starts to feel dry and I notice some redness.
