Monthly favourites | November 2015

Hello lovelies
I can't believe how quickly November has gone. This month has been eventful to say the least, I feel like this has been the most challenging month this year but I'm ready to say goodbye to it now. I hope you enjoy seeing some of my favourites from November.

Beauty product:
I was stuck of work for a week this month, it sounds really good but I was so bored. I made the most of the time by pampering my nails. Because of where I work, I'm not allowed to wear nail varnish and my nails look awful. I bite my nails when I'm worried or stressed so my nails are so horrible right now. Ive been using the Barry M clear top coat. I can't normally wear it because of work, but as I had a the week off I thought I would try and help my nails to grow. Its been nice having my nails look a little better and I'm hoping to grow them out again.

Lush product;
I used the lush magic wand, this is my absolute favourite from the Christmas range and it helped me to relax after a very stressful week. It smells like bubblegum and fruit salad sweets and its just so nice  to swish around the bath. The snow fairy scent is for everyone, its one of the sweetest scents from lush but I personally love it. If you have the chance then I would recommend that you get your hands on a magic wand bubble bar before they sell out, failing that you could always get the candy mountain bubble bar as its the same scent.

I finally got round to watching the movie spy which stars Melissa McCarthy. I really enjoyed the film and I'm so glad that I watched it. I love Melissa McCarthy as an actresses because I think she brings so much to each role that she plays, I also love the relationship between her and the spy she works for. I think it works really well its a little relatable for me so I think I connected to that more than anything else.

Ive been a bit obsessed with pancakes with lemon and sugar this month. Also I've just realised that my food favourite is never anything healthy, I'll work on that...maybe. I don't know why but I've just had a thing for pancakes this month, its a bit of a comfort food for me and its like I've live of them this month. I did a baking post and everything, yes that's a nice little plug there for my baking page. Click the link if you want to see more of my bakes. Oh I love a bit of self promotion.

TV series;
I'm a celebrity...get me out of here (If you from the UK then I hope that in your head you said that like ant and Dec). Yes this month saw the return of the holy grail of TV. For those you who don't know, I'm a celebrity is a realty show when about 10 or 12 celebrity's are put in the Australian jungle for three weeks and have to do trials which involve bugs, snakes and all kinds of creepy crawlies. I love this show and this year a certain camp mate has caught my eye. If you watch the show then I'll give you a few moments to guess who it might be.........OK times up. The handsome George Shelley has had me glued to the screen. He's just so sweet and full of energy, also he is incredibly good looking. I thought he couldn't get any better until he put on a pair a glasses, yep I like the geeky look. Oh I love a man in glasses, epically George Shelley.

Book |
I must admit that I haven't had the time to read anything this month. Ive been so caught up in a lot of personal things that I've just not thought about reading. I do want to do more reading in December. I'm going to try and get through life with a sprinkle of glitter. I started reading it but never finished it. Ill be back next month to let you all know if I managed to read it.

Ive been loving watching Sorted food this month. I found this channel around march last year and fell in love with it. I spend two whole days watching play lists of their videos. If your a foodie like me then this is a channel that you need to start watching. I love their channel because it feels so inviting and really homey. All the men who are on the channel are so down to earth and funny, I always got to this channel when I'm hungry or need some recipe ideas.

Okay this month I have been overly emotional and the Adele album really didn't help with that. Everyone who knows me, knows that I'm a massive Adele fan and the excitement for her album 25 has been taking over my life for the last month. The queen of music is back and she's definitely won her title with flying colours. I stayed up until midnight to download the album and then laid in darkness listening to it. Now with most albums I find that there are some songs that I'm not fussed about...I'm in love with every single song on this album and I've cried over them. I find that I emotionally attach myself to songs, does anyone else do that? So this album has meant an awful lot to me. I'm also hoping to get tickets on Tuesday to go and see her live. The girl from work has said I can go with her and a friend, if she still wants me to then great but I don't want to cramp her style...I'm a little odd after all. So it may mean that I end up at the O2 crying on my own and I'm okay with that. Also as I was just editing this post the lovely Lou ( tweeted me saying she's got the album after I chatted about Adele so much on twitter...I'm proud that I've talked so passionately that someone got the album.

I got myself a Hogwarts dressing gown and its been my favourite thing this month, why you might ask. Well its got a wizard load hood and I feel somewhat magical when walking round my house. Also its so soft and its got pockets so I can listen to my Adele album, crying and pretending I'm at Hogwarts. Whats not to love?

I've had such a great appreciation of the people I get to work with this month. When I hurt my ankle the women I work with was so lovely to me about it and was really mummy'd me, I like that. I also love how they all actually asked how I was when I was off work and I've really missed them over the last week. I suppose its little things like that, that make me

Lots of love,
Chloe xxx
