Crackers |

Hello lovelies,
I wanted to bake something savoury this week so I decided that I would try and make crackers. I thought they would be really hard to make but they were so easy to make. There are hardly any ingredients and it only took about 40 minutes to make them. This is only a short post as they were so simple to make, I didn't want to over explain it. I know your not stupid so its easier to just read it quickly and then get baking.

Ingredient's |
400g plain flour.
4 tbsp olive oil.
Salt.
Pepper.
200ml water

Equipment |
Mixing bowl.
Spoon.
Measuring jug.
Baking tray.
Greaseproof paper.

Step 1 |
Sieve your flour into a mixing bowl. Add a pink of salt and pepper to the flour and then add the oil. Mix this together and the slowly add the water. Mix it together until a smooth dough is formed.




Step 2 |
Flour a surface and roll out your dough. Try to make your dough as thin as you can. Choose a cutter of your choice and then start cutting out your dough. Place the on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.



Step 3 |
Baking your crackers for 30 minutes or until they are golden brown and snap nicely. Make sure your oven is set to 180c. Leave your crackers to cool and then enjoy.
