So about a month ago I watched the documentary that Tom Felton did that looked into the Super fans. I found this really interesting and wanted to look at it from a different perspective. Tom looked at the super fans of Films starts but I want to look at the super fans of pop stars.

I follow a lovely girl on twitter called Connie who is a very big fan of the McBusted boys, she meets them quite a lot and I wanted to know a bit more about it. Now I've seen Connie receive hate comments for waiting to meet McBusted and I don't think its fair, granted I know it must be upsetting to see someone meet your idol quite a lot but why should she receive hate for it. Connie kindly agreed to answer some of my questions and here are her answers.

When did you start meeting celebrity's on a regular basis?

Do you feel like you have a better relationship with the celebrity's you meet compared to others?
I'm close with the friends I go and meet them but I have a close bond with the people I meet.

Do you ever get bored of meeting the same people or do you just re live the excitement?
No it gets better and better each time and they just say stuff that honestly makes you happy inside

Why do you think you receive hate comments considering your not doing anything wrong?
I receive hate because people are jealous and if they had the chance they would do the same

Do the people you meet ever get annoyed with people waiting?
They never get angry, they always stop to chat and make the waiting worth wile

After meeting them so many times, have the nerves gone or are they still there?
The nerves are still there but I can talk to them more now and feel comfortable around them

Now Connie makes some good points in her answers. We can all get jealous and say how bad it is to spend our time waiting for our idols, but I guarantee that if we had the chance, we would do exactly the same thing. I think its okay to go and wait venues in the chance you could meet celebrity's because I think celebrity's expect to meet fans outside but I think its wrong when people go and wait outside their houses. I saw on twitter the other day, Alfie deyes said that fans were waiting outside his and Zoe's home. I think its wrong to do that, that's almost like stalking. There have to be boundary's between the fans and celerity's, they are people just like you and me. When does it become okay to sit outside their homes?

I want to thank Connie for answering my question's and I would love to hear your thoughts in the comments

Bye for now xxx
